RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a defective or incorrect item, and
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and
  • You provide a full unboxing video (mandatory)

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

To process any claim, a clear unboxing video is required:

  • The video must show the sealed package before opening
  • It must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
  • The product and issue must be clearly visible

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Non-Eligible 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by customer
  • Tarnishing due to exposure (water, perfume, sweat, chemicals)
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

4. Condition of Returned Items

If your request is approved:

  • Item must be unused
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must include all original components

5. Resolution

Once approved, we will offer:

  • Exchange for the same item, or
  • Store credit, depending on availability

We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

6. Return Process

  1. Contact us via chat box or contact us page
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear explanation of issue
  3. Our team will review within [1–3 business days]
  4. If approved, we will guide you on next steps

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

8. Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after the stated timeframe will not be accepted
  • Each order is eligible for one claim only
  • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions above
