RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a defective or incorrect item, and
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and
- You provide a full unboxing video (mandatory)
2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
To process any claim, a clear unboxing video is required:
- The video must show the sealed package before opening
- It must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
- The product and issue must be clearly visible
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Non-Eligible
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by customer
- Tarnishing due to exposure (water, perfume, sweat, chemicals)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
4. Condition of Returned Items
If your request is approved:
- Item must be unused
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Must include all original components
5. Resolution
Once approved, we will offer:
- Exchange for the same item, or
- Store credit, depending on availability
We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

- Provide:
- Order number
- Unboxing video

7. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
8. Important Notes
- Claims submitted after the stated timeframe will not be accepted
- Each order is eligible for one claim only
- We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions above
