We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary (for example: suspected fraud or misuse).

We do our best to present every product as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in IDR.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock issues or errors. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Lost or Delivered Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility is transferred to the delivery provider.

If tracking shows “delivered”, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or missing packages.
If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement in such cases.
